Company History
Recognizing a lack of quality and flexibility in the Designated Doctor medical management industry, United Medical Exams (formerly United Medical Evaluators) was established by David Vasquez in 2009 with deliberate aim at providing premium and efficient medical exams and management solutions. The Texas-based company brings vital working experience of the industry leveraged by innovative and honest business practices to offer the optimum level of quality in service. In the company's short time, United Medical Exams has expanded to a panel of 40+ doctors and has branched out to over 100 examination locations throughout Texas.
In 2020, UME teamed up with Dr. Amy Kirsch of Bedford, TX to advance our report review process. Dr. Kirsch is an experienced Designated Doctor that is focused on guiding new and experienced doctors during the report writing process. Dr. Kirsch also hosts impairment rating seminars that have helped multiple doctors pass the challenging DD certification test.
